I founded SMB Associates back in 2006 to help others with some basic computer and peripheral repairs.  Since then it has taken off and grown significantly over the past several years and I am pleased to have this website as an additional means for customers to be able to contact me and for me to provide YOU with even better service for your technology needs.

I have been an IT professional for over 13+ years now.  I have worked as a Software Engineer/Tester for an International PC Fax solution, a Field Technician for one of the busiest gateways in the world, Newark Airport.  I was also a Tech Support Specialist at a local college and most recently traveled the country as a consultant/engineer for a leading medical simulation training company.  

I have grown to love working with people over the years and SMB Associates is another outlet for me to give a little back to the community in a time where technology changes on a daily basis and it can become quite overwhelming.  I take tremendous pride in my people skills and my ability to communicate and bring things to a "human" level and not just a "techie" level.  Hence the company slogan.  "Technology solutions with a personal touch".  Whatever it is you need, SMB Associates will work with you to find the best solution for you.
